Howdy, it’s nice to meet you!

Robert S. Allen, Partner - AKA “Dad” Head Honcho

Robert S. Allen, Partner

My journey in the graphic arts field started over half a century ago.  In 1963 to be exact.  And now I find myself a general partner.  And have I ever seen changes…  The way printing is produced is no different than the changes in the telephone.  Think about that!  Type set with hot metal was the norm and now it’s done with what we call a computer.  Non-existent when I started. And the constant thru all the change is “the printed word”.  The wonderful smell of ink on paper has to a great degree been replaced with a powdery substance called toner.  And even that is constantly improving; producing better color.  Film?  What’s that…  Now it’s called a flash drive or over the internet or such.  But I haven’t lost the thrill of seeing a printed piece “hot off the press”.  Technology has been the great master of the printing business and brought about amazing changes.   And I am proud to still be here and to witness it all.  And we at Texas Heritage Imaging & Printing embrace the change and are at the very front of change with the latest methods of producing “the printed word…”.

Brad S. Allen, Partner

Brad is a native Texan, born and raised in Arlington. He has been in the printing business for over thirty years where he started off making deliveries for his dad’s printing company. It was there that he found his passion for helping people with their printing projects.  And the rest is history…  Brad loves spending time with his family, friends and two rescue dogs Bella and Alice. He also enjoys watching the Texas Rangers, pottery making, pottery collecting and spending vacations in Galveston.  Brad is also a very tech savoy guy and loves the new digital age of printing.

Vickie Allen, AKA “Mom” Head Banker

Vickie Allen, Finance

Mom (Vickie) was born at a very early age.  Into a horse family.  In fact, her Dad invented the nylon lariat.  Cowboy rope.  So, she has always been around business.  And it comes as no surprise that she has taken on the role of “Director of Finance”.  She is well versed in the printing business having served in the roll of billing and receiving in Dads printing business.  While doing all that she raised two children, Brad and his younger sister Marcy.  And also, while doing that became a cook extraordinaire!!!  That explains Dads photo.  Now that she once again is in the business world, she has gotten Texas Heritage well under control with help from her Yorkie Gracie.  When not at work she really enjoys antique looking and occasionally buying.  I am sure you’ve figured out that she has been married to dad for a while; fifty-two years and counting. Things are good.  And from where I stand her personality really lends itself to customer service.  Should you have the need or just want to say hi, give her a shout/e-mail sometime.

Margaret, Ranch Cowgirl

Margaret Deauman, Customer Service Representative

Margret has been with us, including Dads’ business, for around thirty years.  When she hired on, little did we realize what a gem we had.  Not only was she a quick learner but was always ready to take on more work.  And what we soon learned was that she was an unbelievably good people person.  To say that she is a gem of an asset would be an understatement.  And man can she cook…  Pretty sure her family can testify to that more than we can.  And does she love her family.  Spends all available time at the lake enjoying camping and water crafting.  And I’ve been told that she is a pretty fair shot when hunting.    Of course I would be remiss if I didn’t say that the idols in her life are her grandchildren.  She doesn’t let a single job leave the shop without her approval.

TEXAS PROUD

TEXAS PROUD

Our Mission

“It’s not just your business, it’s the people behind the business”. We at Texas Heritage firmly believe this. We all are native Texans and do business as such. Collectively we have been in this business in excess of a hundred years. It’s people dealing with one another. We know what works and more importantly, what doesn’t… The never-ending question of “where can I get that printed “has just been answered.

You know what you want and its’ our job to get it done. Have you ever asked someone what time it is, and they tell you how to build a watch? We try and keep everything as simple and straight forward as possible. No dazzling you with unnecessary facts and technical terms which add nothing to the required project; just confusion. We provide stellar customer service and amazing products to our customers. Because we take pride in every piece of printed material that leaves our building.

Multi-Faceted imaging you might call what we do. We like to call it “Je Ne Sais Quoi”. Quality that eludes description… Brochures and Pamphlets. Booklets to Programs. Newsletters and Mailers. Rack cards and Stationery. But what is at the top of the list of what we do is Variable Data Printing. Where every piece that passes thru the machine is an individual address. Makes sending mail easier and more cost efficient. And the internal piece in the envelope can be variable data also. We have various organizations and business that utilize this process. And we produce what we call “Personalized Photo Products”. Where we print your favorite photo on glass, canvas or wood. “Spectacular”
